Abstract:SCADA is the breviary of supervisory control and data acquisition,especially indicates distributed computer measure and control system,mostly used in widely dispersed measured points without human surveillance.With VEE development environment,designers program various auto measure virtual instruments to realize multiple functions measure apparatus.This thesis describes coalescent of VEE and supervisory control and data acquisition system,implements distributed measure signals collection,analysis and display,picture the theory,design and composition of supervisory control and data acquisition system,shows the theory,methods and measure results of virtual instrument.The realization of supervisory control and data acquisition virtual instrument based on VEE can accomplish measurement,test and surveillance of many kinds signals,for examples,the periodic or non-periodic signals,high frequency or low frequency signals,and such a virtual instrument illuminates the universal usage of supervisory control and data acquisition system and shows the functional powerful agility of VEE.
