Abstract:PLC control system has been widely applied in industrial control for its excellent performance and high reliability,particularly in the sequential control process. Building steps of S7-300 PLC and programming/debugging process of software STEP7 were introduced with the project background of a large hydraulic equipment. Advantages such as simple design,convenient programming,reliable running and so on were indicated in the actual implementation of the PLC system.

Abstract:Abstract With the continuous development of AI intelligent technology, ornamental water resource design has been applied in various fields, and the interactive application of new music fountain and computer is also more extensive, which makes more control circuits need to be completed by computer, and it is developing towards intelligence, dispersion, synthesis and diversity. Artificial fountain music usually has two system composition, one is the control program system, main control the style and flow of water, the other is music control system, mainly through computer programming code, and according to different music, programming, so as to achieve shape synchronous music and water combined to send out a different style of artistic effect. Musical fountain landscape entertainment application scene extension is quite rich, the fountain can be designed out of different patterns, through the program programming according to a certain law to control the pattern of water, make it colorful, different shapes. Many squares include large entertainment venues, plus music fountain elements, the overall beauty can be improved, the design of an energy-saving pattern fountain controller in line with the mainstream of the times.

Abstract:Rainwater pumping station is an important public infrastructure for municipal construction and administrative engineering.It shoulders a vital task of flood drainage.This paper aims to introduce a design of rainwater pumping station control system based on PLC.The system makes use of Simatic S7-300 as subordinate computer to control seven water pumps as well as other machines' work.WINCC is installed on industrial computer to supervise the field.The collected data will be transmitted to management center of municipal department through GPRS DTU.This design improves the reliability and efficiency of rainwater pumping station.

Abstract:With the increase of population density and the improvement of human economic level, the emergence of high-rise buildings has put forward higher requirements on infrastructure such as building hydropower, traditional water supply methods have disadvantages such as secondary pollution, unstable water pressure, and high energy consumption. Therefore, variable frequency and constant pressure water supply have gradually become the main method of water supply for high-rise buildings. In order to meet the higher water supply requirements of urban residential quarters, a PLC-based variable frequency speed regulation and constant pressure water supply monitoring system is designed. The main control objective is to stabilize the water supply pressure. The inverter is driven by a three-step variable frequency control method. The pressure sensor of the water supply pipeline detects the pressure value in real time, uses the PID control algorithm, and outputs the frequency setting value to the inverter through the PLC, and then realizes the control of the water pump outlet pressure and achieves the purpose of constant pressure water supply. On the basis of considering the program capacity and expansion requirements, this system selects S7-1200 compact PLC as the main controller, uses modular programming as the basic concept to control the PID control program, logic switching program, and alarm breaking the program has been programmed and debugged. The test result shows that the designed control algorithm is effective, the logic function is complete, and it has a certain application and reference value. The frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system can realize the automatic switching of the operation status and the number of pumps in operation under different water supply requirements, and further improve the automation degree of the system on the basis of meeting the control requirements.

Abstract:PLC technology in a modern industrial control is widely used, but the domestic PLC technology development is still very weak. This paper analyzes the technical shortcomings of traditional PLC,studied and designed a programmable motion controller with their own intellectual property , elaborated on the new programmable motion controller and the principle of hardware and software components, specially focus on a major hardware module circuit structure, the specific structure and introduced the software is a major Flow chart. Practice has proved that this controller design is rich in resources, and powerful, reliable performance, and low cost, fully applied poor environment occasions, with a broad market prospect.
Computer Aided Design System for Developing Musical Fountain Programs

Abstract:A computer aided design system for developing musical fountain programs was developed with multiple functions such as intelligent design, 3-D animation, manual modification and synchronized motion to make the development process more efficient. The system first analyzed the music form and sentiment using many basic features of the music to select a basic fountain program. Then, this program is simulated with 3-D animation and modified manually to achieve the desired results. Finally, the program is transformed to a computer control program to control the musical fountain in time with the music. A prototype system for the musical fountain was also developed. It was tested with many styles of music and users were quite satisfied with its performance. By integrating various functions, the proposed computer aided design system for developing musical fountain programs greatly simplified the design of the musical fountain programs.

Abstract:With the development of social productivity, people's requirements for industrial automation continue to improve, the proportion of industrial automation equipment in the production process is growing. At present, PLC controller has been widely used in various fields and industries. Usually, the core of a complete embedded system is embedded processor and embedded operating system. Embedded processor belongs to chip industry, and the related industry chain has been very mature. Embedded processors can be subdivided into design, wafer manufacturing, packaging and testing. In this paper, a low-cost PLC controller design scheme is proposed. From the aspects of hardware circuit construction, product reliability design and software design, Bing explains in detail the PLC controller hardware and software design and specific implementation.

Abstract:To make up for the shortage in the traditional control system for hydraulic press,this paper constructs the overall structure of electrical control system based on PLC and industrial touch screen.In order to make this system has better performance and humanized operation interface,Mitsubishi FX1N PLC is used as the core to realize its function data exchange with PC,the control of the peripheral hardware circuits and internal valves,and the data detection in the pressure,displacement and temperature.And it also offers the design of the corresponding PLC procedure and part of the PC interface design.Running result shows that compared with the traditional design,the system not only can realize the automatic optimal operation,but also can meet the performance requirements for manual control and improve work efficiency.This is a typical application of mechanical and electrical integration.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the control requirements of drip irrigation system, designed automatic drip irrigation control system with IPC and PLC as control core, using WinCC as the man-machine communication window, combined with frequency, field bus and sensor technology. This paper focuses on the system hardware design, system control software and system monitoring software design. Through the field bus, the central management computer decide reasonable irrigation decision according to the soil moisture information, crop water requirement characteristics and predetermined irrigation scheme, and then issued a directive to the solenoid valve scattered, automatic carry out proper, required precision irrigation control. The practical application shows that: the system has stable working performance, friendly interface, improve labor productivity. The system can be expanded easily in terms of structure and function, can satisfy the application of different scale, demand, cost, have certain application prospect.

Abstract:The control system in agriculture is an important study to regulate the application of fertilizers to plants. The control system can use PLC control system which has good system robustness and easy program language. The purpose of this research is to design a simulated fertilizer irrigation system based on a programmable logic controller (PLC) system. The PLC program used is CX-program and the simulator circuit uses Fluidsim simulator. The system components used are the main reservoir, pump, solenoid valve, valve, level sensor, and light indicator. The system is organized by dividing inputs and outputs that are directly integrated into the PLC system. The components are arranged using fluidsim and the PLC control system using CX-Programmer using ladder logic language. The control system integration and system circuitry are connected using KeepServerEX. The output of this system is a successful operation function and a digital system response to the time of the system. From the results of the system response provides a fairly good timeliness so that this irrigation system can be considered in the implementation of fertilizer delivery system

Abstract:This design combines PLC, sensors, configuration software to design and implement the hardware and software of traditional automatic fire alarm and fire-fighting systems, to improve the reliability of the system. First, the composition of the automatic fire alarm and fire protection system is described. Second, after fully understanding the design requirements of the system, the main control equipment of the automatic fire alarm and fire protection system adopts PLC, the PLC is selected, and finally the Siemens S7-300 PLC is selected. The sensor selects PT100 temperature sensor and JTY-GD-G3 scattered light type photoelectric smoke sensor; finally, use the TIA configuration monitoring software to write the automatic fire alarm and the host computer monitoring software and PLC program of the fire-fighting system to complete the software function and humancomputer interaction the design of the interface.

Abstract:By an example of elevator control,this paper introduces a new method for developing a PLC control system:model-based design. Firstly,we create a 4-floor elevator model by using Simulink/Stateflow,and converted it to structural text by means of automatic code-converting tool Simulink PLC Coder brought by MATLAB.Then,we import the code to the PLC programming software RSLogix 5000 to get a function block of the elevator model.Finally,the elevator control program is formulated on this base.The test result shows that the new method for developing PLC control systems is practicable and efficient.

Abstract:In this paper,the design of the control system that based on Siemens CPU 224XP PLC sewage treatment was studied.Based on the advantages in operation and programming and the adaptability to the environment of Siemens S7-200 PLC,this control system was designed.Firstly,on the basis of mastering the wastewater treatment process,the general plan of the sewage treatment system was completed,which includes the arrangements of the actual hardware control,circuit switch and variety of output devices.Secondly,STEP 7-MicroWIN V4.0 and the SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2007 software were used to complete the program of control system and the writing of the touch screen control program.Finally,the configuration of the software and hardware were completed.The correctness of the design was verified by laboratory simulation demonstrates.

Abstract:Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is widely used in various fields and is an essential practical training for college engineering education. However, traditional PLC platform suffers from black box effect and low portability. In this study, a non-wrapped PLC laboratory kit is designed and tested for automatic control education. The laboratory kit is composed of PLC, man-machine interface, input and output elements, which are much more portable and flexible than elements of traditional PLC platform. The input elements mainly include buttons, encoder, temperature sensor, weight sensor and proximity switches, and the output elements are mainly indicator lights, lead screw slides driven by stepper motors, three-phase motor controlled by frequency converter, and electric heater controlled by solid-state relays, and servo motor. The basic practice projects, controlling practice projects, and innovative practice projects developed on the base of the laboratory kit can promote students’ practical ability and meet the teaching requirements of automatic control education. Moreover, the application of the laboratory kit could improve students’ wiring operation ability (overcoming black box effect that traditional PLC training brings), cultivate students’ design and problem-solving ability. The designed laboratory kit is intended for third-year students at Xi’an Jiaotong University.
