The microecological evaluation of vaginal microflora in the women without vaginal infections

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the microecological evaluation of vaginal microflora in the women without vaginal infections.Methods:5236 women without vaginal infections were studied by collecting vaginal secretion,and the vagina pH and microecological evaluation based on Gram stained smear were tested.Results:68.7% of these women showed normal vaginal microflora.97.7% of the degree of microflora intensive of normal cases were ++~+++.94.6% of the degree of microflora diversity were ++~+++.99.9% of advantage microflora were lactobacillus,and 73.6% of them showed normal function.72.1% of them pH was <4.5.Conclution:Vagina microecosystem can guide the doctors to value the microecological evaluation of vaginal microflora.
