Analysis of Industrial Collaborative Innovation Platform Design Based on the 2011 Plan

Abstract:University innovation ability promotion plan (“2011 Plan”) is another important initiative to create an innova?tion-oriented country in China after the“211 Project”and“985 Project”.And building a dynamic collaborative innovation platform is one of the important measures for implementing the“2011 Plan”.The study finds that the collaborative innovation platform of multi-agent network is different from the traditional enterprise-university-research alliance,but also different from the general public service platform.To enhance the ability of university innovation and leading by engineering and technical disciplines,the architecture collaborative innovation platform includes eight parts,such as organizational management,re?source allocation,personnel training,research and development model,industry,culture of innovation,international coop?eration,and evaluation system.These components coordinate and jointly promote technological innovation and application of the major projects in the functional interaction.
