Abstract:Using the methods of literature interview,expert investigating,the paper studied the special laws of motor skill learning by "difficulty degree".The main viewpoints of this research are: There appeared a fundamental and significant improvement in the process of the study of able and unable motor skills with obvious difference;the difference phenomenons appear in different stages and different categories of motor skills.The study also provides some teaching methods for physical education.
