Research Progress on Improvement of Gas Senstive Property of SnO2 Gas Sensor

Abstract:With the wide application of gas detection,SnO2 gas sensor attracts more and more attention.On the basis of introduction of the gas sensitive mechanism,the influence factors of sensitive property of gas sensor are analyzed from two aspects,materials and sensor design.Research progress using current nanotechnology to fabricate the SnO2 sensor is focused.Research direction and prospect of SnO2 gas sensor are further discussed.
