Abstract:Chinese medical institution's insufficiency on information publicity increased the information asymmetry between the doctor and the patient, which not only resulted the patient's blindness in seeing a doctor, but also weakened the patient's constraint to the doctor, then the action which disobeyed the rule became the doctor's dominant strategy in the game between the doctor and the patient. In order to clear up thsoe bad results, this paper analysese situation and put forward the countermeasures.
