Study on Anti-inflammatory Functions of TRSDL Extracts

Abstract:To study the anti-inflammatory functions of TRSDL extracts,the macrophage system RAW264.7 cells were used as study objectives.They were developed in three culture bottles,and number 1 bottle was chosen to do MTT experiment,the effects of different concentration extracts on cell growth was observed;Number 2 bottle was chosen to do inflammation model verification experiment,lipopolysaccharide was adopted to induce inflammation and dexamethasone to intervene in order to establish the inflammation model;Number 3 bottle was chosen to establish cell inflammation model,different concentration extracts were adopted to intervene,and ELISA and real-time PCR were adopted to test TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β and mRNA expression.MTT test showed that extract has no influence on cell growth;the inflammation model can be established successfully by macrophage system RAW264.7 cells;the extract can inhibite and reduce TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β contents,and it has drug dependence.Mongolian medicine compound TRSDL extract has no effect on normal cells,but it can inhibite the activation of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β inflammation cells,and has significant anti-inflammatory function.
