A Discussion on the Evaluation of the Quality of Comprehensive Ecology——A Case Study of Lanzhou City

Abstract:From the ecological angle,Lanzhou City can be taken as a social,economic and natural compound ecosystem,in which human being is regarded as the subject.Based on the Questionnaire,the ecological building of Lanzhou was evaluated by using the mode of multi-arrangement fuzzy evaluation and ecological composite index after working out the index weights of all-level indexes by analytical hierarchy process.The results showed that,the ecological composite index of Lanzhou City was 0.312,which was closed to the average level though it was rather low.The results from the mode of multi-arrangement fuzzy evaluation showed that,the work of ecological building of Lanzhou was at grade four,namely poor level.However,which had the developing tendency to general level.The results from two adopted approaches were essentially the same.Aiming to ameliorate this poor ecological condition,it puts forward the countermeasures on the structure,the function,the coordination level and the building of ecological Lanzhou.
