Analysis of the control of stadium assets procurement by western countries and its inspiration to China

Abstract:By using economic theories and research methods,the authors analyzed the reporting system used in the process of stadium assets procurement and the in-depth investigation methods used in the early phase of procure-ment by western countries,as well as the problems some of the countries had in the process and the procurement guide establishment method used by these countries,and revealed the following findings: for the reform of stadium management in China,we should refer to the successful experience of western countries,establish a procurement guide that is in conformity with the management system of China,determined suitable economic objectives and ef-fective social competition standards by combining with the actual circumstances of current social development,seek for the organic combination of the public mechanism and market mechanism,and explore a new way to stadium management that is in conformity with Chinese features.
