Flavonoids from Heteropappus Semiprost Griers

Abstract:Seven flavonoids were isolated from Heteropappus semiprost Griers,and identified as 3',4',5,7-tetrahydroxyflavone(1),3'-methoxyquercetin(2),quercetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(3),quercetin 3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(4),isorhamnetin 3-O-β-D-galactpyranoside(5),quercetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)and isorhamnetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical methods.Among them,compounds 1-5 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
