Abstract:According to the requirements of soybean milk temperature control in the bean curd pellicle producing process,a scheme of temperature control based on AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer is designed in the paper and both hardware composition and software flow chart are presented.The system has the functions of panel controlling and displaying and can make the soybean milk temperature remain stationary with steam heating devices.According to the size of deviation in practical production,integral separating PID control can be used either to add or to cancel integral effect so as to promote the stability and rapidity of the system.The control scheme can achieve the goal of temperature precise control.
