Abstract:Effects of 6-BA,NAA and KT on multiplication and differentiation of Anoectochilus roxburghii protocorm were studied by the way of L16(43) orthogonal design.The actions of 6-BA were extremely remarkable while NAA and KT were less effective.The best multiplication culture medium was improved KC + 6-BA 2.0mg/L + NAA 1.5mg/L + KT 0.2mg/L,the best differentiation culture medium was improved KC + 6-BA 1.0mg/L + NAA 0.5mg/L.
