Abstract:In the 21st century,psychological health of undergraduate has become more and more important.How to undertake the curriculum teaching which works as the main way of undergraduate's psychological health education is what the psychological health scholars concern about most.This paper analyzed the basic tendency of the course from the perspective of teaching ideas,teaching contents, teaching methods,practice teaching means and so on.It was believed that teaching in the course of undergraduates' psychological health should contains five factors as follows:the active teaching idea of developing psychological health,the scientific and practical curriculums, the flexible and diverse teaching methods,the practice teaching based on the experience and the applications of multi-dimensional means in educational technology.A distinctive teaching system and teaching mode of the course in the psychological health education as the result of joint combination of these five factors.
