Abstract:With a general observation of the developing course of management mode,each new management mode is based on its relevant humanity hypothesis.Innovation man hypothesis synthesizes the reasonable part of the humanity hypothesis in different periods and is the new development of humanity hypothesis in the management age.This paper looks back the development of humanity hypothesis,analyzes the connotation of innovation man hypothesis and initially explores the management mode based on this hypothesis.
