Abstract:Whenwestudythe SpecialcellsofEScellandSSCetcthatusuallyneedtoculturethesecellsonthefeederlayerof MEF. By the reason that the need of feeder layer is little that it is not suitable in the large-scale Preparation. In this experi-ment the method of enzymatic digestion and the method of tissue block were combined to prepare the feeder layer of MEFthat on a certain degree Solved this problem。Using this method to prepare the feeder layer of MEF not only can simplifythe experiment operation but also reduce the experiment expenses. The SSC cultured on it can survive and proliferate.
