On the Necessity of China's Toll Highway Policy

Abstract:China's toll highway has had an important propelling effect on China's highway construction and the development of national economy.In recent years,there exist some problems in toll highway system.But the situation is getting much better after government's rectification.Furthermore,China's highway development at present cannot meet the increasing needs of the national economy,and there is still a long way to go in constructing more highways.Taking the above-mentioned reasons into consideration,we should adhere to the toll highway policy instead of canceling it.
