Abstract:Historic changes have occurred in the relations between contemporary China and the rest of the world,resulting in ever closer interconnection between China's future and destiny and those of the world.The theory of harmonious world,as an important part of socialism with Chinese characteristics,has been developed and perfected on the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The theory of harmonious world has became the guiding theory of handling the relations between China and the rest of the world,structur-ing the harmonious world.
