Training quality evaluation system for health management nursing graduates based on job requirements

Abstract:Objective:To construct a training quality evaluation system for health management nursing undergraduates based on job requirements. Methods:Using the Delphi expert consultation,combined with the literature review,semi-structured interview,and national professional skill standards for talents,the evaluation index of training quality was preliminarily constructed. Based on this,an expert letter inquiry table was formed. The training quality evaluation system for health management nursing undergraduates based on job requirements was formed through two rounds of expert consultation and pre-test with undergraduates. Results:The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100%,the authority coefficient of the experts was 0. 855,and the Kendall coordination coefficients of the two rounds were 0. 275 and 0. 248,respectively（both P＜0. 001）. The final constructed training quality evaluation system for health management nursing graduates based on job requirements included 4 first-level indicators（basic knowledge requirements,professional ethics requirements,core skills requirements,and career development ability）,10 second-level indicators,and 33 third-level indicators index. Conclusions:The formulating methods of the training quality evaluation system for health management nursing graduates based on job requirements was scientific,the content was comprehensive and reasonable,and the professional characteristics were outstanding,which could provide new ideas and a basis for improving the training program of health management nursing undergraduates.
