Abstract:We calculate the magnetic moment of the recently observed Theta(+) pentaquark state in the framework of the light cone QCD sum rules using the photon distribution amplitudes. We find that mu(Theta)(+)=(0.12+/-0.06)mu(N), which is quite small. We also compare our result with predictions of other groups.

Abstract:In this article, we study the magnetic moment of the pentaquark state $ \Theta^+(1540)$ with the QCD sum rules approach in the external electromagnetic field. The numerical results indicate the magnetic moment of the pentaquark state $ \Theta^+(1540)$ is about $\mu_{\Theta^+}=(0.24\pm0.02)\mu_N$.

Abstract:If the J(P) of Theta(5)(+) and Xi(5)(--) pentaquarks is really found to be 1(+)/2 in future experiments, they will be accompanied by J(P) = 3(+)/2 partners in some models. It is reasonable to expect that these J(P) = 3(+)/2 states will also be discovered in the near future with the current intensive experimental and theoretical efforts. We estimate J(P) = 3(+)/2 pentaquark magnetic moments using different models.

Abstract:The magnetic moment of a baryon state is an equally important dynamical observable as its mass, which encodes crucial information of its underlying structure. According to the different color-flavor structure, we have calculated the magnetic moments of the hidden-charm pentaquark states with the isospin (I, I-3) = (1/2, 1/2) and J(P) = 1/2(+/-), 3/2(+/-), 5/2(+/-), 7/2(+/-) in the molecular model, the diquark-triquark model, and the diquark-diquarkantiquark model, respectively. Although a good description for the pentaquark mass spectrum and decay patterns has been obtained in all three models, different color-flavor structures lead to different magnetic moments, which can be used to pin down their inner structures and distinguish various models.
Nucleon Magnetic Moments Beyond the Perturbative Chiral Regime

Abstract:The quark mass dependence of nucleon magnetic moments is explored over a wide range. Quark masses currently accessible to lattice QCD, which lie beyond the regime of chiral perturbation theory (chiPT), are accessed via the cloudy bag model (CBM). The latter reproduces the leading nonanalytic behavior of chiPT, while modeling the internal structure of the hadron under investigation. We find that the predictions of the CBM are succinctly described by the simple formula mu(N)(m(pi)) = mu(N)((0))/(1 + am(pi) + beta m(pi)(2)), which reproduces the lattice data, as well as the leading nonanalytic behavior of chiPT. As this form also incorporates the anticipated Dirac moment behavior in the limit m(pi) --> infinity, it constitutes a powerful method for extrapolating lattice results to the physical mass regime. Magnetic moments and axial charges of the octet hidden-charm molecular pentaquark family

Abstract:In this work, we calculate the magnetic moment and axial charge of the octet hidden-charm molecular pentaquark family in quark model. The Coleman-Glashow sum-rule for the magnetic moments of pentaquark family is always fulfilled independently of SU(3) symmetry breaking. In the $ 8_{2f} $ flavor representation, the magnetic moments of hidden-charm molecular pentaquark states with spin configuration $J^{P}=\frac{1}{2}^{-}(\frac{1}{2}^{+}\otimes0^{-})$ are all equal to $\mu_{c}=0.38\mu_{N}$. The axial charges of octet hidden-charm molecular pentaquark states are quite small compared to the axial charge of nucleon. The axial charges of the pentaquark states with the spin configuration $J^{P}=\frac{1}{2}^{-}(\frac{1}{2}^{+}\otimes0^{-})$ in $8_{2f}$ flavor representation are all zero.

Abstract:The magnetic moment of a hadron is an important spectroscopic parameter as its mass and encodes valuable information about its internal structure. In this present study, we systematically study magnetic moments of the $P_{c}(4457)$ and its related hidden-charm pentaquark states with and without strangeness employing a comprehensive analysis that encompasses diquark-diquark-antiquark scheme with $J^P = \frac{1}{2}^-$, $J^P = \frac{3}{2}^-$ and $J^P = \frac{5}{2}^-$ quantum numbers. Some of the obtained magnetic moments agree well with the available theoretical results. The predicted magnetic moment values together with alongside results existing in the literature, may offer insights into their underlying structures, and consequently their spin-parity quantum numbers.

Abstract:The electromagnetic properties of the tetraquark state $Z_c(3900)$ are investigated in the diquark-antidiquark picture and its magnetic and quadrupole moments are extracted. To this end, the light-cone QCD sum rule in electromagnetic background field is used. The magnetic and quadrupole moments encode the spatial distributions of the charge and magnetization in the particle. The result obtained for the magnetic moment is quite large and can be measured in future experiments. We obtain a nonzero but small value for the quadrupole moment of $Zc(3900)$ indicating a nonspherical charge distribution.

Abstract:In this work, we calculate the magnetic moments of the $P^{N^{0}}_{\psi}$ states and $P^{\Delta^{0}}_{\psi}$ states with valence quark content $\bar{c}cudd $ in molecular model, diquark-diquark-antiquark model and diquark-triquark model, as well as the transition magnetic moments in the molecular model. At the same time, we also calculate magnetic moments and transition magnetic moments of $P^{\Delta^{++}}_{\psi}$ states and $P^{\Delta^{-}}_{\psi}$ states in the molecular model as additional products. Our results show that in the diquark-diquark-antiquark model, the magnetic moments of $ \lambda $ excitation state are usually larger than the magnetic moments of $ \rho $ excitation state. We find some interesting proportional relationships between the expressions of transition magnetic moments. The results provide important insights for future experimental observation of hidden-charm pentaquark states and help to distinguish their inner structures. With these efforts, our understanding of the properties for the hidden-charm pentaquark states will become more abundant.

The calculations show that the mass of Theta* is about 1.60 GeV and the width for the process Theta* --> KN is less than 43 MeV. Abstract:We estimate the mass of the pentaquark state with QCD sum rules and find that pentaquark states with isospin I=0,1,2 lie close to each other around (1.55+/-0.15) GeV. The experimentally observed baryon resonance Theta(+)(1540) with S=+1 can be consistently identified as a pentaquark state if its J(P)=1/2-. Such a state is expected in QCD. If its parity is positive, this pentaquark state is really exotic. The outstanding issue now is to determine its quantum numbers experimentally.

Abstract:We present a way of teaching Einstein's special relativity. It starts with Galileo's relativity, the learners know from previous lectures. The lecture underlines that we can have three transformation equations for the space-time coordinates of the same event, which lead to absolute clock readings, time intervals and lengths (Galileo's relativity), to absolute clock readings but to relative time intervals and lengths (up-to-date Galileo transformations) and to relative clock readings time intervals and lengths.

Abstract:In this paper we study the magnetic dipole moments of the newly discovered $\Omega_{c}(3185)^0$ and $\Omega_c(3327)^0$, assuming that $\Omega_{c}(3185)^0$ and $\Omega_c(3327)^0$ are $S$-wave $D \Xi$ and $D^* \Xi$ molecular pentaquark states, respectively. Together with these states, the magnetic dipole moments of possible $D_s \Xi$, $D_s^* \Xi$, $D \Xi^*$, and $D_s \Xi^*$ pentaquark states are also studied. The magnetic dipole moments of these singly-charmed pentaquarks are estimated within the framework of the QCD light cone sum rules utilizing the photon distribution amplitudes. In the search for the properties of singly-charmed molecular pentaquark states, the results obtained for the magnetic dipole moments can be useful.
