Abstract:To foster elite athletes in institutions of higher learning avails the socialization of the athlete individual and agrees with the objective laws of exercise training science, talent science and pedagogy. The objects of this study are 36 institutions of higher learning, which are the keystone to form high level volleyball teams. The present situation of the high level volleyball teams in these colleges and universities was investigated and analyzed. A new model for the administration and development was advanced. It was indicated that factors to influence the formation of high level volleyball teams in colleges and universities are the thinking and concept, present educational system, system of competition, level of coaches, source of students, cultivation mood and scientific research level etc. And in the training network four grades of models were designed, which include four phases, the phase for popularization and talent selection, phase for molding, phase for becoming useful persons by high level training as well as phase for high level emergency.

The relationship between modern volleyball training methods and computer technology is more and more close. Research On The Construction Of Competency Model For Chinese Tennis Coaches

Abstract:The tennis industry in China is rapidly developing, necessitating a focused effort to enhance the capabilities of tennis coaches to meet the demands of this rapid growth. This study utilizes various research methods including literature review, field surveys, key event technique interviews, Delphi method, and statistical analysis to explore the essential competencies required of Chinese tennis coaches. A competency model consisting of four dimensions and 14 competency indicators has been established, covering cognitive abilities (coaching philosophy, professional experience, analysis, learning), professional skills (training program development, player guidance, motivation), management abilities (communication skills, influence, coordination, problem-solving), and personal traits (achievement motivation, innovation, emotional control). Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis demonstrate that the four-dimensional model exhibits a high level of fit across various fit indices, validating the model effectively. Furthermore, a 36-question assessment scale has been designed to evaluate these competency characteristics. Survey results indicate that Chinese tennis coaches excel primarily in professional skills, followed by personal traits, management abilities, and cognitive capabilities. By employing this model, a structured coach selection approach has been proposed, providing crucial support for enhancing human resource management in Chinese tennis.

Abstract:Using the research methods of literature,questionnaire,interviews to experts etc.,it did research on the key links and present condition of carrying out the cultivation of the advanced coaches in our country.The results show that the cultivation of the advanced coaches in our country has formed the unique training system;coaches have higher athletic level and rich coaching experience;the cultivation of coaches' ability is a lack in position training;the educational background of teachers rank is higher,but it's necessary to strengthen the cultivation of reserve talents;the training safeguard system mainly includes such two parts as funds and training base.As a result,it offered proposals for the sustainable development of China's advanced coaches' training in the respects of management system,training channels,training contents,training teaching material and so on.

Abstract:With the progress of psychological training, the athletes'physical quality is constantly improving. The players can better keep awake on the court, play their own advantages in a non-tense state, and increase the chips for the perfect cooperation of the team. In a good state of mind, athletes are more likely to find their own rhythm and the possibility of victory. In the actual volleyball training process, students are prone to poor mental state. At this time, psychological training is required to be implemented, and the position of psychological training in volleyball training is faced up, and then the teaching plan is formulated in a targeted manner. This paper analyzes the current situation of psychological training in college volleyball teaching, and puts forward the importance of psychological factor training in volleyball teaching and the application of psychological factor training in volleyball teaching.

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine how the profile national volleyball coach in Indonesia, as a measure of other coaches who will be a better coach. Issues to be raised in this study is the gap between the expectations of the government in this case ministry of sports where the number of trainers and training facilities is increasing or modern, but the reality on the ground that the achievement of the national volleyball frustrations. This study aims to find out what the philosophy of each national volleyball coach in Indonesia. The study design used in this study is a qualitative research, and data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, pieces of observation and documentation. Research subjects in this study is the national team coach volleyball Indonesia recorded in National Federation coach or former coach of three people and athletes and former athletes 7 people. The results of the research that the coach's philosophy volleyball coach in Indonesia is in conformity with the objectives and philosophy of the sport volleyball is the sport to improve the quality of life by way of hard training and competition passed easily then hope achieve maximum performance.

Abstract:Based on the theory of psychological training and its application in practice, and the present experience of the Chinese Women's Volleyball team, the essay draws the conclusion that psychological training is essential in the whole process , including the selection of athletes, daily training plans; individual training and above all the cooperation of the whole team's performance in important matches, sets, and even in gaining a single point, of preparing high level sports teams for varieties of important competitions. Besides, the article sums up and expounds the successful experience of psychological preparation of the Chinese Women's volleyball team , providing several approaches to psychological preparation, which are appropriate for the athletic training and the management of high level athletes in China.

Abstract:Objectives: The role of a coach in enhancing athletes' performance and achieving success is well-documented across numerous studies. However, the strategies employed by Chinese coaches in developing world champion gymnasts remain under explored. Methods: This research involved a single case study focusing on a coach from the Chinese National Men's Gymnastics Team, credited with nurturing eight world champion gymnasts. Results: The inductive content analysis leads to that 6 subthemes, "international perspective and collaborative ability," "ability to control and regulate training loads," "identifying athletes' needs and transforming them into motivation," "goal setting aligned with athletes' abilities," "adopting authoritative democratic coaching style," and "establishing hierarchical-style friendship", and 3 themes, "training management and planning," "motivation and goal setting," and "interpersonal communication" are manifested. An overarching theme "the successful experience of gymnastics world champion coach," is derived from the analysis. Conclusion: This research bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, offering valuable insights into the successful experiences of gymnastics world champion coaches. The findings have the potential to influence coaching methodologies globally, fostering the development of resilient, motivated, and high-performing athletes. Future research should focus on sport-specific studies, longitudinal analyses, and cross-cultural comparisons to further advance the field of sports coaching and validate the effectiveness of these innovative coaching strategies.

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to realize the cognition and practice of sports education concepts from all walks of life in China, and eliminate the barriers of traditional systems and mechanisms, it will point out the direction for the training of Chinese competitive sports reserve talents to get out of the predicament and move towards high-quality development. The cultivation of reserve talents for competitive sports in China has gone through three stages: “combination of sports and education,” “combination of education and sports,” and “integration of sports and education.” Through analysis, it is concluded that the problems encountered by high-level sports teams in Chinese colleges and universities in the process of talent training. First, the sports department mainly cultivated reserve talents in the past, and the evaluation of athletes paid more attention to medals and honors. However, the main focus of the work of the education department is to enhance the physical fitness of the students and promote the physical and mental health of the students. Secondly, the lack of investment in training by universities leads to low coaching level and ability of coaches, which is the main factor restricting the training of athletes. Finally, in actual campus life, athletes spend most of their time in daily competitions and training, and their cultural performance is not good, which leads to their inability to truly master the cultural knowledge of their chosen major during their studies, it is challenging to choose a career as an elite in related industries after graduation. First, the main body of implementing the training of competitive sports talents in the new era in the sports department and the education department. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the coordination, communication and cooperation between the two departments to realize the sharing and sharing of resources between them. Secondly, universities should provide athletes with diversified teaching projects and practice forms. The teachers’ team is divided into two categories: physical education teachers and physical education coaches. Teachers are responsible for daily classroom teaching work to achieve the goal of coordinated development of physical exercise and cultural learning. The coach is responsible for sports training, through scientific and systematic training to enable students to reach a specific level of competition. Finally, universities should adopt learning planning guidance for athletes to help them complete their learning tasks, improve their cultural literacy, and enable them to master sports skills without delaying their normal study life.
