Abstract:In recent years, with the rapid development of economic globalization, exhaustible energy and environment pollution has become a serious threat to the survival and development of human society. Germany become the first country to pursue the policy of circular economy development after it has learned a painful lesson from emphasis unilaterally on economic growth which may lead to a destruction of ecological environment. Germany has accumulated a lot of experience and formed its own characteristic system of circular economy management. Learned the advanced experience from Germany, and considered that China should change the economic growth pattern and develop circular economy. The experience of German both in theory and practice, which has been introduced, is a realistic reference to China which need further coordinated development in economy and environment.
