Research on the Medium-and-long Term Policy to Insure the National Economic Security——From the View of Legislation

Abstract:In the medium-and-long term,the mode of our national economic security must be normalized and systematized.Law of national economic security should be formulated and enacted as a whole and organic law of the state council of the people’s republic of China should be modified simultaneously.In the field of energy sources,law of regulations on strategic petroleum reserves should come into existence in the short-term and Petroleum Law should be formulated as expeditiously as possible in the medium-and-long term.In the field of industries,implementing rules of national industrial safety programs should be formulated quickly and law of national industrial safety should be enacted in the medium-and-long term.In the field of finance,we suggest that regulations on the monetary policy commission of the people’s bank of China should be amended.law of securities,interest rate,and exchange rate should also be improved further.In the field of society,Law of subsistence security or basic security and regulations on permanent resident will be suggested to be legislated in the future.
