Abstract:The Ethnic Arts in China is often easy to be underestimated and researched as part of general artistry expression with lack of theoretical basis hence the development of academic construction is astricted.In fact,the term 'ethnic arts' does not lack of cultural connotation.Probing into the cultural connotation hiding behind the ethnic art from cultural anthropology together with the attitude of the researchers may draw a framework of the theoretical basis of ethnic arts hence to push the construction and development of the subject.
