Abstract:The 1、2-、4mm top caudex of Dioscoreae zingiderensis C.H.wright can elicitate sprout. The caudex with a plumule has a high abduction rate at MS+BA5mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L; The proliferation cultivation has a high ubstrate rate at BAImg/L+NAA0.2mg/L; The hizogenesis cultivation has a high rate at 1/2MS + NAA0.2mg/L; The transplant survival rate reaches over 90%: in the leaf mold and sandland.
