Abstract:The spatial distribution patterns of P.cuprealarvae in Zanthoxylum bungeanumfield were studied using six spatial distribution pattern analysis methods and the assembling reasons were analyzed with Taylor power law and lwaoregression equation.Results indicated that the aggregated distribution of the P.cuprealarvae in field fited the negative binomial series;the reason for aggregated was due to the insect natural habit.Based on the distribution pattern,the formula of optimal sampling number N=(t/D)2(1.631 2m-0.226 1)was calculated based on Iwao′s optimal theoretical sampling number model.The zero frequency model for P.cuprealarvae mean density estimation was established based on Gerrard′s method as:x=1.436 6(-ln P0)0.764 1.
