Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effects of Miacalcic and drug combination in treating middle-aged and aged patients with osteoporosis fracture. Methods:Ninety-nine patients with osteoporosis fracture were randomly divided into 3 groups:the treatment group was treated with Salcalcitonin,Xianlinggubao and calcitriol,control group A with calcitriol and control group B with Xianlinggubao alone. The therapeutic course was 3 months,and from the 4th week during the treatment,X-ray examination was taken every two weeks to observe the bony callus formation. Results:The fracture healing time was (6.2±1.3) weeks in the treatment group,(8.1±2.1) weeks in control group A and (7.9±1.9) weeks in control group B,showing significant differences between them (P0.05). Pain assessment after two weeks in the treatment group was (0.72±0.53),and respectively (2.15±1.05) and (2.72±1.62) in control group was A and B,and there were also significant differences between them (P0.05). Conclusion:The combination of Salcalcitonin,Calcitriol and Xianlinggubao present good effect in treating osteoporosis fracture.
