Development of an index system of home care for patients receiving total hip replacement

Abstract:Objective To establish an index system of home care for patients receiving total hip replacement.Methods Twenty-five experts were consulted by using Delphi technique for two rounds,and an open-ended question was used to collect their further opi-nions and suggestions.Results The response rates to questionnaires in two rounds were 96.0% and 100.0% respectively.The authority degree of the experts was 0.814.The Kendall coefficients of concordance ranged from 0.272 to 0.356 in the second round.And the index system of home care for patients receiving total hip replacement including 4 level 1 indexes,12 level 2 indexes and 38 level 3 indexes was established.Conclusion The index system of home care for patients receiving total hip replacement is predictive and practicable,which can be confirmed from experts′ attentive cooperation,their authority degree and the consistance of their views.
