Abstract:Polymethyl acrylic ethyl carbazole ester (PACE) grafted azo nitrobenzene was synthesized by postazocoupling reaction in which PACE and diazo salt were as raw material, and sodium dodecylbenzene sulphonate as fransfer catalysts. The synthesis process was discussed at different times, different amount of catalyst and different solvents conditions. The structure of azo polymer was characterized by FT-IR and UV- vis spectrometry.
