Determination of Selenium in Mutton by Hydride-Generation Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

Abstract:The atomic fluorescence spectral method was used to analyze the trace Selenium in mutton.The results show that the method is of the good linearity,better accuracy,and higher sensitivity under the optimum work condition and has the advantages of simple,rapid,less interferon and satisfaction results.The relative standard deviation and detection limits of the method are 0.31% and 0.12 μg/L respectively.The recovery of Selenium is up to 92.2 %～106.2%.
