Macrofungal Resource and Pure Culture of Part Wild Fungi in Southeastern Foot of Meiling Mountain

Abstract:To investigate macrofungal resource in southeastern foot of Meiling mountain located in the university campus and extending area of national forest garden with low altitude,103 macrofungal samples were collected. They belong to two classes,seven orders,twenty five families,forty four genera,sixty five species including eleven new record species in Jiangxi Province.Tricholomataceae,Agaricaeae,Polyporaceae,Russulaceae are the predominant families with 46.15 percent in total species,and Russula,Agaricus are the predominant genera with 9.23 percent in total species respectively.Their ecotype may be divided into xylophilous fungi,autochthonal fungi and commensal fungi.There are twenty two species,thirty two species and eleven species in three ecotypes respectively.Twelve pure cultures were obtained from the sixty five wild macrofungi.
