On the Importance of the Standard Documentation of the Nursing Record from the Angle of Medical Record Management

Abstract:As part of the medical record, the nursing record has got more and more attention and has been used widely. Therefore, the nurses should write it formally and increase their intention in the view of law to avoid the medical disputes with the patients, at the same time, to fit the need of social development.
