Abstract:It introduces present situation of the researches on comprehensive quality of medical postgraduates.By giving the definition and connotation of academic degree postgraduates' comprehensive quality based on document summarizing,experience analyzing and expert consulting.It gives implementation proposals,which is expected to be helpful for the development of quality-oriented education.
