Abstract:[Purpose/Significance] The reading promotion at university libraries is advancing to professional reading, and this is consistent with the goal of learning support service. The purpose of this study is to integrate the process, avoid the homogenization of reading promotion, and serve the undergraduate teaching and personnel training with more characteristics. [Method/Process] Taking the reading promotion of architecture discipline as an example, this paper draws lessons from the learning support service model based on information literacy education, and summarizes the integration path of curriculum learning, bibliographic discussion and interdisciplinary learning, so as to bring professional reading into the framework of learning support services. [Results/Conclusions] The integration of reading promotion and learning support service provides a new idea for the innovation of a university library's routine service. Reading promotion makes learning support service more generalized, from interdisciplinary learning, mental health and happiness to aesthetic education. It reflects the ultimate goal of university library service education. Reading promotion will build integrated learning support system and learning support community with new positioning and influence, and promote the role change of university librarians from teaching assistants to participants.

Abstract:With the widespread application of big data, library services play an important role in college education and talent training, but there are also some problems. This article mainly explores the service mode of university libraries under the current big data background. First, it discusses the current situation and shortcomings of library services in the big database environment from the perspectives of document retrieval and information resource management; finally, a new service model for university readers based on the era of big data is proposed: establishing a library service quality management platform and using big data technology to improve personalized service. In addition, this article investigates the specific situation of the library service quality of a university through experiments, analyzes the reader’s evaluation of various aspects of library services, analyzes the qualification and excellence of library services, and finds that the service quality of the library is at a low level, and it is urgent to improve the service level.

Abstract:The original responsibilities of university library mainly focus on cultivating creative talents, scientific and technological innovation and knowledge discovery. The rapid development of new media application has brought unprecedented challenges to the traditional library information literacy education. Taking the library of Tianjin University as a case, this paper introduced the exploration and practice of subject service. Abstract:The construction of subject information service platform is an important performance to help the development of subjects and improve the information service capabilities of university libraries.This paper studies and analyzes the current situation of the theory and practice of the subject information service platform development of university library using the methods of literature research and network research. The results show that the current subject information service platform of university library has attracted insufficient attention, but is disadvantaged with lack of demand feedback, incomplete service coverage and non-standard data management. Taking the discipline information service platform of the library of Chongqing University as an example, this paper constructs a platform service system to realize knowledge services such as literature, consultation, training and competitive intelligence by building a targeted discipline information service platform to meet the decision-making reference needs of scientific research, scientific research management and development planning. In this way, we can innovate the discipline information service mode, improve the discipline service quality of university libraries,and provide reference for university libraries in China to support the “double first-class” discipline construction.
