On Evaluation Method for Clinical Efficacy of Chinese Medicine Based on Cause-Effect Model

Abstract:It is the key to solve the problem of TCM efficiency that exploring some international methods of Clinical Therapeutic Effect Evaluation.There is a causal inference relation between the dialectical treatment and the clinical outcome in the clinical therapeutic effect evaluation.However,at prsent most of the statistical method is available only to relevant research,the correlation among things which is gained from the statistics is often explanaed as a wrong causal relation.Recently,causal inference has paid more attention to statistics,epidemiology and data mining.Its two models:counterfactual models and Bayesian network have been found increasing application in the study of TCM.In this article,author analyze the principles and methods of building a counterfactual models and the Bayesian network,and discuss the application of the two models in traditional Chinese medicine clinical therapeutic effect evaluation.
