Abstract:With the application of transgenic technology to modern agricultural production,genetically modified crops(GMC)has become an important concept.The number of the countries with industrialized planting of genetically modified crops and the yields have showed a certain tendency of growth,but the pros and cons of GMC in the world are still a focus of controversy.This paper first summarized the legislative management model of industrialization of GMC in western countries,then analyses the specific GMC industrialization of the existing legal system in China.Finally,this paper provides relevant legal supports or recommendations for the development of the GMC industrialization of China in the future.
