Coordinating Land Redevelopment in China's Transitional Period

Abstract:As national policies restrict the provision of available construction land,historic district redevelopment and urban village renovation will become the primary urban land resources.In the absence of a well established theoretical base,researchers have introduced practical experiences from other countries.The establishment of mechanisms to coordinate the organization,operation,and management of these land resources is necessary to address the social benefit conflicts and achieve harmonious development.
