Abstract:In traditional Chinese medicine, Sanmiao wan is widely used for the treatment of gout and hyperuricemia. The present study firstly demonstrated its dual hypouricemic actions through down-regulation of hepatic XOD and renal mURAT1 in hyperuricemic mice.
