On the Improvement of Prosecutorial System with Chinese Characteristics

Abstract:With respect to the current situation in China,the legal supervision function performed by the prosecutorial organ still needs to be strengthened.The prosecutorial organ,according to this essay,should become the guardian of the legal dignity.It is held that the centralized leadership within the prosecutorial system needs to be further strengthened so as to meet the demand of the social development of China.Meanwhile,relationships among three aspects should be well balanced in order to perfect the prosecutorial system.
