Abstract:Our teaching research organization is non-administrative organization learning from Soviet Union's instruction method group.From the process of its development,it's not only a teaching research organization,but also teachers' collective learning organization,teachers' professional organization and teachers' management organization.With the deepening of education reform,it is facing the plight for the further development in the aspects of school's teaching research system and administrative management system,teaching research and project research,"teaching" and "learning" research.
