Application of ultra-high frequency skin plastic apparatus in autologus epidermal grafting for vitiligo

Abstract:Objective To choose a operation appropriate to the autologus epidermal grafting for vitiligo.Methods 178 skin lesions of 28 cases with vitiligo were treated by XH ultra-high frequency skin plastic operation apparatus.Results The cure rate,marked effective rate,effective rate,noneffective rate and total effective rate were 60.1%,32.6%,6.2%,1.1%and98.8%.Conclusion XH ultra-high frequency skin plastic operation apparatus removing superficial layer of dermis with vitiligo is simple and effective way.
