Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study and establish the fingerprint of Dendrobium officinale from different origins.METHODS HPLC was conducted on Agilent ZORBAX SB-C 18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm).Acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid aqueous solution was employed as mobile phase with gradient elution,the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm,flow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1,and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃.RESULTS The chemical constituents of Dendrobium officinale were well separated.The fingerprint of Dendrobium officinale was established and the similarities were calculated,among which 26 fingerprint peaks in common were confirmed.CONCLUSION The method is accurate,reliable,and reproducible,which provides a reference for the quality control of Dendrobium officinale.
