Abstract:A new method of data wireless transmission is presented after thoroughly studying on monitoring gas dissolved in the transformer oil.The method taking advantage of GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)for data wireless transforming can realize the long-distance,rapid and low cost transmission of transformer state data.In the paper,the structural design of online monitoring system of dissolve gas in the transformer oil is given,special wireless communication protocol of online monitoring system in the transformer oil and communication protocol of the wireless data acquisition terminal of the dissolved gas in the transformer oil and data acquirement module are compiled,and data acquisition module,the wireless data acquisition terminal of the dissolved gas in the transformer oil and software of the host computer are developed.The wireless data acquisition terminal integrates with GPRS network communication and data acquisition,which realizes the acquisition of the dissolving gas in the transformer oil and data timely and low cost transmission.The terminal is suitable for various sensors and can adjust parameters according to practical situation.The terminal not only can realize data transmission of transformer,but also can be used for several fields,which provide a solid foundation for industrialization.
