Abstract:The study of apoptosis found,the mitochondria played a key role in the regulation of the apoptotic process.Body removed cells of injury,aging and mutation by apoptosis,in order to maintain physiological balance.In apoptosis process,a large number of reactive oxygen species generated through respiratory electron leak channels,so that permeability transition pore was opened,caused reduction of mitochondrial transmembrane potential,leaded to cytochrome C,A IF,Smac/DIABLO and other apoptotic factors released into the cytoplasm.Then the electrochemical proton gradient between the outside and the inside membrane of mitochondrion was weaken,which resulted in decline of the synthesis of ATP and active substances mentioned above active caspase,So apoptosis was induced.
