Abstract:To investigate the seed dormancy mechanism of Senecio cannabifolius Less and promote seed germination,this paper probes into the effect on the crude extracts of the seed of S.cannabifolius.on Brassica,wheat.The resultsshow:there are stronger intrinsic inhibitor in the seed of S.cannabifolius.The inhibitory activity is different withdifferent solvent.The crude extracts of methanol show the strongest inhibitory activity and the crude extracts of waterare not obvious.The inhibition enhance with concentration.Most of the intrinsic inhibitor can be removed when steepedwith warm water.

Physiological Activity of Intrinsic Inhibitor in Seed of Senecio Cannabifolius Less
