Abstract:In the process of world economic transformation at the turn of the new millenium, China has got greatly favorable opportunities in time, space and international division of labor, which result in mutual enhancement of both economic growth and dynamic efficiency. As for the temporal structure, although China is still on the way of industrialization,massive efficient demand has already been accumulated due to the last twenty-seven years’successful reform and opening-up. Even more impressively, China has never fallen far behind the step of the most sophisticated technology in the perspective of information revolution. During the last two decades, China has demonstrated its incredible competitiveness through the fast-growing inflow of foreign direct investment. Therefore, with regard to the spatial structure, China has been enjoying an increase of both technology and capital because of the active institutional transformation and huge potential market. For its economy of scale in production and market, external effects and the absolute advantage in labor resource, China is now a heavyweight participant in the international division of labor and has created a virtuous circle.
