Abstract:The high rate of restenosis after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) can result in surgery failure or a second operation. Restenosis is a complex process caused by many factors, including elastic recoil of vessels, thrombosis, neointima formation, blood vessel wall remodeling,or inflammatory reaction. Magnetic induction target hyperthermia treatment has following advantages:①Can obvious decrease the occurrence of restenosis after stent implantation, reduce the pain and economic loss of patients for a second operation. ②Repeated heating treat, avoid unevenness transition temperature. ③The specificity and precision is superior to other heating methods,it is a non-invasion treating method with reduplication. However, whether direction and angle would affect temperature of stent or whether body tissues would damaged under high magnetic field remains uncertain.
