Abstract:Extraction technology of tea polyphenols with Ultrasonic Wave was checked and modified in the study.As a result,the optimal technological condition were as follows: extraction temperature was 60 ℃,extraction time was 20 min,ratio of liquor and material was 1:9,the concectration of ethanol was 60 %.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the extraction technology of catechin from Catechu with ultrasonic process.METHODS Using the amount of catechin and epicatechin in dry extract as a major evaluation factor,orthogonal experiment was carried out to investigate four influential factors of the ethanol concentration,the ratio of raw material to solvent,the ultrasonic time and the extraction temperature.RESULTS The optimum condition of extraction from Catechu with ultrasonic technology was as follows,the concentration of ethanol,the ratio of raw material to solvent,the ultrasonic time,the extraction temperature were 50%,1∶12,35 min and 60 ℃,respectively.CONCLUSION The extraction process with ultrasonic method is fit for the extraction from Catechu with advantage of higher extraction rate and shorter time with less solvent and energy.

Abstract:In this paper,the three factors contained extraction time,the liquid-to-solid ratio and ethanol concentration as the study of the effects of green tea extract was optimized.The results indicated that the variation effects to extract tea-polyphenols using ultrasonic wave was:liquid-to-solid ratio>extraction time >ethanol concentration.Established a mathematical model which the R-Squared is 0.948 3,it illustrated that the model can explain 94.83 percent response value varying.The extraction condition was:extraction time 31.4 min,liquid-to-solid ratio 26.03 and ethanol concentration 56.13%,under this condition,the theory tea-polyphenols value was 30.33%.To evaluate its reliability,the verification test is required,the measured value of tea-polyphenols was 30.01%.The relative error of the test was 1%.It showed that the model was reasonable and can be used for tea-polyphenols forecast.

Abstract:Affecting factors of extracting tea polyphenols and catechin assisted by ultrasonic wave were investigated. The results of orthogonal test indicated that the optimal conditions were the concentration of ethanol solution 80% , mate-rial-ethanol solution ratio 1:16 ( W/ V) , the frequency of ultrasonic wave 25 kHz, the power of ultrasonic wave 160 W, ultrasonic time 25 minutes and temperature 70℃ .Under the optimal conditions,the yields of tea polyphenols and catechin were 24.31% and 11.73% respectively,which increased by 49.2% and 40.5% compared with conventional extract approach . The contents of tea polyphenols and catechin were 69.38 % and 32.78 % respectively, which were almost equal to that of conventional extract approach.

Abstract:Process for tea polyphenols by ultrasound extraction was studied with orthogonal test,and the optimum condition was chosen as ratio of tea to alcohol as 20 ∶1,and extraction at 70℃ for 1.5 h with 70% of ethanol.The optimum condition for the high content of tea polyphenols was chosen as ratio of tea to alcohol as 15 ∶1,and extraction at 80℃ for 1.5h with 70% of ethanol.

Abstract:【Objective】 This study analyzed the factors that affect the extraction of tea polyphenols by ultrasonic-vacuum technology and the extraction process was optimized.【Method】 Ultrasonic and vacuum technology was used to extract polyphenols from raw tea.The ethanol volume fraction,ultrasonic power,ratio of solution to solid,extracting time,extracting temperature and vacuum degree were researched.Based on single factor experiments,the best conditions were obtained using response surface methodology.【Result】 The results of single factor experiments showed that the highest extraction ratio was obtained when ethanol volume fraction,extracting time and temperature were 70%,15 min,and 70 ℃,respectively.The effects of ultrasonic power,ratio of solution to solid,and vacuum to the extraction process were lesser.The optimal ultrasonic power,ratio of solution to solid,and vacuum were 420 W,1∶15,and 0.7 MPa,respectively.Best extraction time,ethanol volume fraction,and temperature were 13 min,65%,and 65 ℃ by response surface methodology and the yield of tea polyphenols was 22.44%.Compared to reflux method,vacuum-reflux method,and ultrasonic method,vacuum-ultrasonic method reduced the extraction time by half.【Conclusion】 The technology can effectively shorten the extraction time and improve the extraction efficiency.

Abstract:【Objective】 The present study aimed to optimize ultrasonic wave-assisted extraction process of tea-polyphenols substance to provide theoretical parameters for its exploiture extraction and comprehensive utilization.【Method】 With Ziyang population variety as test material,quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design was used to optimize ultrasonic wave-assisted extraction process of tea-polyphenols substance.【Result】 A quadratic regression orthogonal model was established to express the relationship between total polyphenol yield and five factors including ratio of solid to liquid,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic Power;Equation fit test P0.000 1,coefficient of determination R2 = 0.926 0,loss of fit test P=0.223 40.05 not significant,the model was extremely significant,and there was no loss of fit factors,regression models with the measured values can be well fitted.The factor order on extraction yield from strong to weak was ratio of solid to liquidethanol concentrationultrasonic temperatureultrasonic timeultrasonic Power.According to this model,the best extraction technology is based on ultrasonic extraction at 72.1 ℃,248.4 W for 37.6 min using 77.6% ethanol and 1∶35.8(g/mL) of green tea and liquid.【Conclusion】 The optimal ultrasonic wave-assisted extraction conditions were determined.On the conditions the highest yield of tea-polyphenols was 21.78%.Compared to the traditional organic solvent extraction method at the same condition,the yield of TP was enhanced by 8.56% and the extraction time was reduced.

Fuction graphs of single process parameter and double process parameter contribution to extraction ratio are drawn. The optimum extraction technology is obtained.

Abstract:The technical characteristics of the extraction-precipitation method used in preparing tea-polyphenols(TP) are investigated.The optimal conditions of soaking TP were determined as follows: 70% ethanol as solvent,leaching 30 min at 70 ℃ and the ratio of tea and solvent 1∶20.The preferred conditions of precipitation method are ZnCl2 as precipitant and the regulation of pH value to 6.0 with NaHCO3.Precipitated TP was solved by adding hydrochloric acid,and then extracted with acetoacetate in the condition of pH 5.0.As a result,its extraction rate reached 21.23%.This method is simple with a high extraction rate and a lower toxicity.

Abstract:In order to find out the effects of ultrasonic on the extraction and relative molecular weight of tea polysaccharide, the factors including temperature, material to liquid ratio, time, pH and ultrasonic power, which affect the extraction rate of tea polysaccharide were studied. The test was arrange by orthogonal design. The results showed that the optimum conditions of the traditional preparation method are: 60 ℃, 20:1 of the material to liquid ratio, 120 min, pH6.0; under these conditions, the extraction yield of tea polysaccharide is 4.26%. The optimum conditions of ultrasonic-assisted extraction are: 150 W, 30:1 of the material to liquid ratio, 40 min, 60 ℃, pH7.0, and the extraction yield of tea polysaccharide is 5.15%. Through the GPC determining, relative molecular weight of tea polysaccharide obtained from conventional extraction is 66439, and that of tea polysaccharide obtained from ultrasonic-assisted extraction is 47447. The results showed that ultrasonic-assisted extraction could increase the extraction yield of tea polysaccharide, but tea polysaccharide was depolymerized.

Abstract:To extract and purify the tea polyphenols from green tea, two-step extraction technology was studied. The optimum extraction process was determined using the single factor and orthogonal experiments. The results show that the first step for microwave-ethanol extraction is optimum, the best conditions for ethanol concentration 50%, solid-liquid ratio l:30, extraction 20 min later, with 320 W microwave radiation 25 s, and then extraction at room temperature 60 min, repeat the extraction two times, under this optimum conditions, the extraction rate of TP is 21.74% . For the second step, TP is purified by ion precipitation, the optimum conditions for the selection of A1 3 + +Zn 2 + , the mass ratio of precipitant to tea is 3:20, precipitation temperature around 25℃, TP is separated as quickly as possible when it is precipitated completely. Under the conditions, TP purity can reach 99.50%.

Abstract:Ultrasonic-assisted extraction is adopted to extract polysaccharide from Pu'er Tea, using sulphuric acid-phenol method and the content of polysaccharide is determined by the spectrophotometer at 490 nm. The effects of Ultrasonic intensity, ratio of solid and liquid, Ultrasonication time, diameter of material on extraction efficiency was studied.It was found through the orthogonal experiments that the optimum technological conditions was Ultrasonic wave intensity: 800W, time:25min, ratio of material and solove: 1:50,which provide an important ethod for industrial extraction of polysaccharide of Pu'er Tea.

Abstract:The invention discloses an ultrasonic supercritical combined extraction technology for tea polyphenol. The ultrasonic supercritical combined extraction technology mainly comprises the following steps: 1, crushing tea leaves to form paste syrup; 2, processing the syrup by adopting an ultrasonic wave with high power density; 3, extracting high-purity tea polyphenol by supercritical CO2; and 4, settling by mist spray in a high-temperature room, so as to form the high-purity tea polyphenol. The tea polyphenol is extracted by adopting the technology, so that the extraction rate of the tea polyphenol can be greatly increased, meanwhile, the extraction time is greatly shortened, application of energy is reduced, the value of tea dust is developed, and thus the ultrasonic supercritical combined extraction technology has good environment-friendly significance and economic significance.

Abstract:The extraction technique of ultrasonic wave on increasing the triterpeneclucoside was studied. Based on single factor experiments and the orthogonal design introduced,the optimized extracting conditions of triterpeneclucoside were investigated. The results showed that the best extraction technique conditons are 65% alcohol-water, the ratio of solid to liquid 1:30,dousing over 30 minutes,ultrasonic wave lasting for 40 minutes, ultrasonic frequency 26.8 KHZ, ultrasonic (output) power 1080 kw and extraction temperature 40 degrees C, respectively.

Abstract:Commercial crude tea saponin as raw material, ultrasonic assisted extraction technology of tea saponin was investigated. Five influence factors of ethanol concentration, extraction temperature, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic power on the extraction of tea saponin were studied in detail. Orthogonal experiment through the single factor experiment design, the experimental results show that the optimum operating conditions for the ethanol concentration of 80%, solid-liquid ratio 1:40, extraction temperature 40 degrees C, ultrasonic power of 300W, ultrasonic extraction time 45 minutes. Under the optimum conditions obtained tea saponin extract with ethanol- acetone precipitation method is further purified, tea saponin content increased from 52.1% to 93.6%. The result indicated that the purity of the tea saponin could be effectively improved through the ultrasonic assisted-precipitation combined method.

Abstract:Using multiple enzyme to extract tea polyphenols(TP) from tea leaves at low temperature. The optimal extraction parameters and the extraction rate were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments. It indicates that, with multiple enzyme method, the extraction rate of tea polyphenols was up to 98 % and the extraction rate of tea catechins, which was main active component of tea polyphenols, was 9 %～10 % increase than that of traditional method with boiling water.

Abstract:In this research, the primary study in extracting technologies of Tea polyphends was finished. On the basis of the water lixiviation by orthogonal optimization method, extraction process of TP by microwave extraction was optimized. The best combined condition of the water lixiviation as follows: liquid-lolid ratio 25:1, extraction temperature 95°C , extraction time 20min,Under this conditions, the yield of TP is 13.993 %.And the best combined condition by microwave extraction: liquid-lolid ratio 35:1, microwave power 750 W, extraction time 18min, and the yield of TP is 20.3023 % through duplicated experiment. The results showed that compare with water lixiviation, the yield of TP was enhanced by 6.3093 % by microwave method. Meanwhile, the extraction time by microwave method was reduced greatly.

Abstract:Aqueous two-phase extraction(ATPE),a new extracting technology,has been paid more and more attention.In order to optimize the extraction technology of camphotree-polyphenol,effects of ultrasonic power,ratio of material to solvent,extracting time,extracting temperature and ultrasonic time on extraction efficiency were studied.Taking air-dried camphotree leaves as raw material and ATPE as the extracting method,and then the regression model was established by using quadratic regression rotational combinational design.The optimum conditions for the extraction were as following: ultrasonic power of 255 W,ratio of solvent to material of 1:39(m∶V),extracting time of 96 min,extracting temperature at 20.9 ℃.Under such conditions,the maximum extraction rate predicted by the model was 3.3%.

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to find the best extraction method and the effect factors of the extraction yield.[Method] The extraction yield of tea polysaccharides was compared by the method of using ethanol,the method of using CTAB,and the method of using microwave.Extraction process was studied from four factors including extracting time,the ratio of liquid to solid,extracting temperature,and extracting times in the method of ethanol.[Result]The optimum extraction condition was as follows: extracting time of 60 min,ratio of liquid to solid of 30∶1,extracting temperature of 60-70 ℃,extracting times of 3.And the extraction yield of tea polysaccharides was 2.120%.[Conclusion]The best method was using ethanol,and the effect factors were related to the extraction yield.

Abstract:The solid matters of tea-leaf extraction with water were investigated.Effecting factors such as water volume for extraction,time length for water extraction,extracting time for water extraction,temperature of extraction were researched,the best technics conditions of its extraction were determined:lg tea-leaf flour was put into 18 mL water at 60 ℃ for 15 min by 2 times extraction.As a result,its extraction rate was 29%.Then tackled with supersonic plane,its extraction rate was 31%.
