Abstract:Based on the logical and philosophical studies on the theories of truth,Prof.Volker Halbach from Oxford University has published numerous research articles in leading academic journals: these articles have shaped the debate in the field in the past decade,which made him to be currently the leading researcher in this area.The article aimed to discuss the problem of truth and paradox,to analyze his basic treatment on the axiomatic theory of truth,to explore those philosophical questions about the axiomatic system of truth.
