Abstract:With the improvement of living condition and the increase of income of residents,waste fabric has already become garbage from resource.On the one hand,it leads to the waste of remain value of waste fabric,and on the other hand,it makes higher cost of municipal waste disposal.Then,according to the case of low carbon and garbage classification practice of millions of families in Shanghai in 2011,the status of the recycling use of the waste fabric is concluded.And,by the established game model and the reverse induction,the referred stakeholders strategy selection is analyzed.At last,we point out the bottleneck that influences the recycling use of waste fabric,and put forward the cooperation among the garbage charge system on the basis of classification,recycling enterprises and cleaners,which will help to promote the development of industrialization of waste fabric.
